When the office sends you a run

Open the sorted run the depot built and sent to your phone.

Open the run the depot built and sent — stop order is already sorted for you. The list shows each run’s name (date and stop count underneath).

Steps

  1. Keep the app signed in on an approved phone.
  2. When the office confirms & sends a run, it appears in your run list (or as a new-run notice).
  3. Tap Open and follow the sorted order. If the office drew VIP areas, those outlines show on your map.
  4. If nothing arrives, ask the office to confirm your phone is ACTIVE and the run was sent to you.
