Billing is through Google, not your company’s Fleet Billing tab. One Play subscription covers one personal phone.
Install from Google Play. On the sign-in screen, open Terms and Privacy before you continue with Google Play.
Fleet (company phone)
Your company pays for this phone after they approve you. Use the work email they know, then Join a fleet from the app.
