Cancel the subscription (or undo)

Cancel through period end, or Keep subscription if you change your mind.

Cancel the monthly plan from Billing, or undo cancel if you change your mind before it ends.

Cancel

  1. Open Fleet Login → Billing.
  2. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.
  3. Access usually continues through the end of the paid period — check the on-screen note. Extra-phone $20 items are also set to stop renewing.

Keep the plan

If you cancelled by mistake, use Keep subscription · undo cancel while that option is shown.

Changing how many phones you pay for is about who runs a route this month. Approve extra phones for free; the $20 starts when that phone runs. Offboarding after a route does not refund this month.
