GPS trails on a past run

Open a route map to see where the phone drove (gold path).

While a phone is on a run with location on, StopSorted samples GPS along the way. On the route map you see that path as a gold line — useful when something went wrong or a customer asks where the van was.

Steps

  1. Open Routes.
  2. Pick a phone, then open today’s or a recent run on the map.
  3. Look for the gold GPS trail behind the live red marker (or along the completed path).
  4. The blue/planned road line (if shown) is the sorted route — the gold line is where the phone actually went.

Notes

  • Trails need the driver app to ping while the run is open (location allowed).
  • History is kept about 14 days.
  • Overview shows live pins only — open a route for that phone’s trail.
