Put VIP jobs first

Mark urgent stops high priority in the list or draw zones on the map.

List priorities

  1. In the run builder, select stops.
  2. Use Selected → high, normal, or low.

Draw on the map

  1. Choose Draw on map / lasso tools.
  2. Outline the VIP area and Apply as high.
  3. Tap Sort / reoptimize so urgent jobs jump forward in the order.
  4. Confirm / send so the phone gets the run — the drawn areas go with it.

Stops added after you drew the areas still pick up the VIP level on the next Sort, as long as the outlines are still on the run. You do not need to redraw just for late adds.

On the live route map

When a phone is on a run, open Routes → Route map. Any VIP zones the driver drew (or you set in Build Route) show as coloured outlines on the map, with a small legend in the corner.

Use priorities for true VIP work — if everything is high, nothing is.

Spreadsheet import copies high / normal / low on each row, not a drawing. Draw on the map in Build Route if you want the driver to see the same outlines.
