Screenshot pending refresh after the full-screen add view (map pauses while you type).

Steps

  1. Open today’s run on the map.
  2. Tap the + button. A full screen opens for adding stops — the map waits until you tap Done.
  3. Type the address (or shop name) in the search box — or tap the navy mic inside the box to speak it. Tap the X in the box (to the left of the mic) to clear and start again. After four characters you’ll see Searching…, then the list updates on its own. Matches nearer you, and in the same town as your last stop, show first. Corner searches that start with CNR wait until you type four more characters after CNR.
  4. If that place is already on this run, up to two compact matches show at the top with gold Add items — tap one to open that stop and bump items with + / −. Type more of the address if there are extra matches. New address results stay below under New address.
  5. Otherwise tap a new address result. The stop is added straight away and search results are replaced with that stop’s details. If the office flagged that address on the delivery concern list, you’ll see a warning with their note and must tap Add stop to continue.
  6. If you see No matches, tap Place on map. Move the map so the pin sits on the place, enter a name and/or address, then Confirm. The stop is added from that pin. Real places may later show up for everyone; personal pins stay on this phone (Play users can edit them under Custom addresses in the menu).
  7. On the details card, set Normal / VIP, Delivery / Pickup, arrival (Any, Fixed at one clock time, or Window with start and end), items with + / −, and an optional note (gate code, dock, leave with neighbour). Changes save as you go — there is no Save button. Before the run is sorted you can also Edit a stop in the list and change the note there.
  8. The new stop shows in a gold JUST ADDED box — same layout as an already-on-this-run match. Tap gold Undo on that box if the last add was wrong.
  9. Type in the address box again to add the next stop. Details clear as soon as you start typing.
  10. Shop names (Reece, Woolworths) fill the company from the venue. A plain street address does not need a company name.
  11. If the run is already sorted (locked), after you pick an address you choose which stop to insert after. Then you see details for the new stop.
  12. Tap navy Done at the top (or the phone Back button) when you have enough stops. Add at least two before you sort — Sort the run and mark VIP areas.

Tips: corners work as CNR A and B Street (or &). Type at least four more characters after CNR before search starts (e.g. CNR Main). House ranges like 72-90 find both ends. Voice search still fills the box and searches. You can also mark VIP later with the lasso or the stop list.

If the office already sent a full run, you may not need to add stops. When the office sends you a run.
