Done or Skip on each stop

Use Done or Skip on each stop — keep the office map honest.

On the current stop

The bottom sheet shows the stop you are on with clear buttons:

  • Done — finished / delivered (main navy button). Marks the stop complete only — it does not open Maps.
  • Navigate — open turn-by-turn to this stop
  • Skip — leave for later or could not complete. Marks skipped only — it does not open Maps.

There is no Next. Done or Skip is what the office map uses. Navigate (in the app) is only for directions.

On the StopSorted notification (or the map bubble) while Maps is open, use the same Done and Skip. After either tap, directions to the following stop open on their own. After the last stop, Maps opens the finish address (the end of the run — often the same as start). The chip then says Finish. Tap I'm back when you get there, or Open to leave Maps.

If Navigate on StopSorted map is on, Done, Skip, and Open in Maps sit on the bottom driving bar with the next turn. Open in Maps is only for turn-by-turn — Done and Skip stay in the app. After the last stop, the bar stays on for the drive back to finish — tap Stop navigation when you arrive.

Other stops in the list stay quiet. Tap a stop (or its pin on the map) to see arrival time, items, and note. Tap More if you need Navigate / Skip / Done out of order.

On the Done tab (open You have X stops left, then Done), tap Undo if you marked one by mistake — it goes back to the open list. Skipped stops also stay on the open list with Undo.

If the phone loses signal, Done and Skip stay on this phone. The stop shows Waiting to sync until StopSorted can send it. Keep driving — it catches up when you are back online.

If a send fails, the same banner turns red and says Couldn't sync a stop — will retry. Leave it — StopSorted tries again. Do not tap Done a second time unless you meant to undo first.

Menu → Route summary shows Done / Skipped counts for the day.

When every stop is Done, Skipped, or Failed, the route marks Complete on its own — you do not need to log out for the office to see it finished. Directions still take you back to the finish address so you can drive home (or back to the depot).

Mark stops as you go so the office live map and arrival times stay useful.

Proof of delivery and leave list

When your fleet requires it, Done asks for a delivery photo and optional signature before the stop is marked complete. Skip does not ask for a photo.

Stops on the leave list show a chip (ATL, LAI, Safe Drop, or your company’s wording) — leave if nobody answers — Leave-list label on a stop.
