Proof of delivery photo

Take a geotagged photo (and optional signature) when your fleet requires it at Done.

When your fleet turns on Require delivery photo, tapping Done opens the camera before the stop is marked complete.

  1. Take a photo at the door or where you left the goods.
  2. If signature is also on for your fleet, sign on the next screen — or tap Done without a signature if nobody is home.
  3. Your GPS fix is saved with the photo.

Skip does not ask for a photo — use it when you are not delivering at that stop.

Stops on the fleet leave list show a chip with your company’s wording (ATL, LAI, Safe Drop, etc.). That means leave if nobody answers — you still take the photo when proof of delivery is on.
