Leave list and delivery concerns
Leave-when-absent addresses (ATL / LAI / Safe Drop…) and concern warnings — your wording.
Keep two address lists on the Lists tab (office staff can add addresses without Settings). Leave wording still lives under Fleet Settings → Proof & leave.
Leave list (when nobody is home)
Addresses where the customer allows you to leave the parcel if nobody answers. Drivers still can collect a signature when someone is home — leave list is not a signature skip.
Set your Leave label (shown app- and dashboard-wide):
- ATL (default)
- LAI
- Safe Drop
- Left as instructed
- Authority to Leave
- Or type your own (max 32 characters)
Matching stops show that label as a chip in the driver app and on the Fleet route map list.
Delivery concerns
Addresses that need a warning (dog, gate, hazard). When someone adds that address to a run, they see a warning and must acknowledge before continuing.
Add addresses
- Open Lists (or Fleet Settings → Proof & leave).
- Open Leave list or Delivery concerns.
- Tap Search, type at least four characters (you’ll see Searching…), and pick a result (same address search as depot and Build Route — typing alone is not enough).
- Suburb and postcode fill from the result; add an optional note.
- Tap Add address.
The account owner sets Leave label under Settings → Proof & leave (ATL, LAI, Safe Drop, or your own wording).
On Settings → Users, tick Lists so a restricted login can add addresses without Settings.
Lists are fleet-owned only — not shared across companies.
Matching uses the street line plus suburb/postcode, and the map pin (~40 m) when stops have coordinates — so a correct geocode pick matters.
