Share a tracking link with customers

Email or copy a link so someone can see stop status and a rough arrival time.

Give a customer (or site contact) a tracking link for one stop. They open it in a browser — no login. Email only for now (no SMS).

Turn tracking email on

  1. Open SettingsTracking.
  2. Enable Allow tracking emails.
  3. Optionally enable Auto-email when stop is completed if you already created a link with a recipient email.
  4. Tap Save Settings.

Copy tracking link works even when email is off. Email needs the setting on. The dashboard reads this setting when you sign in — you do not need to open Settings first each morning.

Send from Routes

  1. Open Routes, pick a phone, open the run map.
  2. On an open stop, choose Copy tracking link or Email.
  3. For Email, enter the recipient address in the popup and tap Send.
  4. After a stop is done, those buttons hide under More so the list stays tidy — open More if you still need to email. Use Stop GPS to see the pin, time, and proof of delivery when that is on.

The link expires after 7 days. The public page shows your company name, a masked address, status, a rough arrival time when we have one, and a map pin when the stop is on the way or done — not your full fleet map.

What the customer sees

  • Status in plain language (scheduled, on the way, delivered, …)
  • Rough arrival time when available — same live clock as the run map (from the van’s current position, not a start-of-day guess from the depot)
  • Location coordinates only after the stop is en route or completed
