What Locked means after you send

After you send a sorted run, Locked keeps the stop order for navigation, and stops can show estimated arrival times.

Locked

After the run is sorted and confirmed, it can show Locked. That means:

• The stop order is final for navigation.
• New stops inserted later weave in as fractional stops (for example N.1) instead of reshuffling the whole day.

Drivers can Unlock route from the app menu when the office allows a full re-sort — coordinate before unlocking a busy run.

To hand part of a locked run to another phone without renumbering freight, use Split a run across phones.

Arrival times

Stops can show Arrives ~HH:MM. Overview may also show next-stop / return clocks when GPS and the run are live. Times are estimates from sorted order and stop times — traffic still moves.

Finished stops can show here X min — how long the phone was at that address (GPS), not the default stop time used for arrival clocks.

If the van sat at the next open stop (about a street length, more than a minute) but Done was not tapped, that pin can turn amber with Van was here. That is GPS, not a completed delivery — the driver still needs Done for it to count as delivered. A later stop the van rolls past on the way does not turn amber.

Here for is only the next open stop the phone is sitting at. It does not jump to a later pin.

Fixed vs Auto stop time (Fleet Settings)

Under Fleet → Settings → Runs, choose how arrival clocks are built:

• Fixed — every stop uses your default stop time (minutes). Good when most stops need photos, signatures, or hand-unload time.
• Auto (match driver pace) — uses your default stop time only until we know better. Then it learns from completed stops on today's run (or recent runs on that phone, updated nightly) so clocks and re-sort match actual pace — even when that is quicker than the default. Explicit longer stop times still win.

Turn on Auto when drivers routinely finish well ahead of the map clocks. Leave Fixed if you want conservative estimates.
