Export a sorted route to Excel

Download a phone’s stop list in sorted order as .xlsx.

Save a phone’s current stop order to Excel for the office, a customer, or your own records.

Steps

  1. Open Fleet Login → Routes.
  2. Open the phone that has the run.
  3. On the route card, tap Export Excel.
  4. Your browser downloads an .xlsx file with stops in sorted stop order (stop number, address, suburb, postcode, company, items, priority, status, and related fields).

Columns match the usual import headers (address, suburb, postcode, company, items, priority) so you can reuse the file later if needed. Estimated arrival is included when the run can estimate times.
