Load today’s stops onto one phone

Import a spreadsheet onto one driver’s phone from Routes.

Put today’s stop list on one phone from Routes. To split work across several phones and sort them together, use Sort stops across phones and send instead.

Before you start

  • At least one phone must be approved under Devices. If Routes says there are no devices yet, approve a phone first — then come back here.

Steps

  1. Open Fleet Login → Routes.
  2. Open the phone (for example Sam’s Pixel).
  3. Tap Import CSV/Excel and choose your .csv or Excel file.
  4. If the file uses headers address, suburb, postcode, company, items, priority, it loads straight away. Otherwise match columns — Address is required. Priority: high, normal, or low.
  5. Name the run if asked. Stops land on that phone’s run for the driver.

This path loads one phone only. For several phones, use Build Route — Sort stops across phones and send.

Export a route back to Excel

On the same phone’s route list, tap Export Excel on a route to download its stops in sorted order. See Export a sorted route to Excel.
