Delivery hours on addresses

Save hours on an address so future stops and the sort can use them — optional auto-apply, with OpenStreetMap when you have none saved.

What it is

Some places only accept freight in a window (e.g. 09:00–13:00). StopSorted can remember those hours on the address, show them when you add the stop again, and optionally put them on the stop so the sort respects them.

Hours are per fleet (shared across your phones) or per Play account for solo drivers. Other fleets do not see your saved hours.

Where you see them

If we do not know the hours, leave Arrival blank (any time) or enter them yourself. Saving a window on a stop stores it for that address next time.

Auto-apply (optional)

Off by default — existing runs behave as before.

Fleet: Fleet Settings → Runs → Auto-apply saved delivery hours.

Play / solo: App menu → Settings → Auto-apply delivery hours.

You can always clear or change Arrival after the stop is added.

Where the hours come from

  1. You — set Arrival on a stop (highest priority; never overwritten by OSM).
  2. History — a previous stop at the same address for your fleet / Play account.
  3. OpenStreetMap — when nothing is saved, we try a nearby OSM opening_hours / delivery tag. Coverage in Australia is patchy; shops with tags may fill in, most houses will not.

OSM is fail-open: if the lookup times out or is empty, add-stop and search still work with no hours.

Sort behaviour
