Offboard, reactivate, or replace a phone
Capacity overrides, remove a phone, bring one back, or move a seat to a new handset.
Remove a phone from the fleet, bring one back, or move a seat to a new handset when a driver leaves or changes phones.

Phone statistics
- Open Devices.
- Tap Statistics on the phone.
- Check Learned stop time (used by Auto arrival clocks and re-sort), samples, last GPS, app version, and how many runs that phone has started.
- Tap Reset learned stop time if the average looks wrong (new driver, different work). Auto then uses the fleet default until a new average is built.
Also see Stop time mode.
Capacity and breaks (per phone)
Each phone can override fleet defaults for max stops, weight (kg), and driver breaks.
- Open Devices.
- Tap Device Settings on the phone.
- Set max stops / weight, or leave blank to use the fleet default.
- Choose breaks: fleet default, none, or custom.
- Save.
Full detail: Capacity and breaks — fleet default and per phone.
Offboard
Use when a driver leaves or a phone is lost.
- Open Fleet Login → Devices.
- Find the phone and tap Offboard.
- Confirm. The phone can no longer pull fleet runs.
If that phone already ran a route this billing period, it stays on this month’s bill even after Offboard — extra $20 items already charged are not refunded. If it never ran this month, removing it does not add a seat.
Reactivate
- Find a blocked or offboarded phone.
- Tap Reactivate when you want that same handset back on the fleet.
Replace a phone (new handset)
There is no separate Replace button:
- Offboard or Delete the old phone.
- On the new phone, the driver taps Request access again.
- Approve the new request and name it clearly.
The new phone is not billed until it starts a route this month. If it is the third (or later) phone that runs, the $20 starts on that first route.
