Approve a phone for a driver
Accept their request under Devices — about 30 minutes before it expires.
Approve a phone so that driver can pull fleet runs. Each seat is one phone you approve — shared passwords do not quietly add seats. There is no limit on how many phones you can approve; only phones that start a route this month are billed.

Tell the driver first
They install StopSorted, choose Fleet, enter the email you expect, tap Request access. Full driver steps: Join a fleet from the app.
Then you approve
- Open Fleet Login → Devices. Pending requests sit at the top of that tab (no extra button).
- Edit the Device name if you want (it starts as the phone model), check email, and how long is left (about 30 minutes from their request).
- Tap Approve. Confirm if asked. Approving is free until that phone starts a route this month. The name you typed is what stays on that phone.
The first two phones that run sit on the $69 fleet plan. Phone 3 and later that run charge $20 on that first route. Remove a phone before it runs and it is not billed.
If their app was closed, they just open it again. It finishes login. They should not need to request a second time.

Free account can approve for setup. Turn on billing when drivers need to run paid routes. After a phone starts even one route this month, it stays on that month’s bill even if you remove it.
