Sort stops across phones and send
Import stops, pick phones, sort the runs, then Confirm & send.
Load today’s list, sort runs for one or more phones, and send so drivers see the stop order on their handsets.
Before you start
- Approve at least one phone under Devices — Approve a phone for a driver.
- Depot start address helps — Set the depot start address and defaults.
- Optional: set capacity / breaks defaults — Capacity and breaks.
Steps
- Open Fleet Login → Routes.
- Tap Build Route (top right).
- Stops — Import CSV/Excel or Add stop. Set high / normal / low if needed (Put VIP jobs first). Optional arrival windows: Arrival windows and driver breaks.
- Tap Next. On Phones & start, tick which phones take work and set the start address (use Search and pick a result).
- On Max stops, set how many stops each phone may take (must cover the whole list). Sliders seed from phone / fleet capacity defaults when set. Then tap Sort runs.
- On Preview & send, check the order. Use Sort / reoptimize if you change priorities. When happy, tap Confirm & send.
With two or more phones, StopSorted runs a true multi-phone sort (one joint assignment) — see True multi-phone sort.
Drivers see the run on their phones. After send, a run can show Locked — What Locked means after you send.
Already have one big run on a phone? Split it across phones without rebuilding from scratch.
Closing Build Route before Confirm & send discards the preview — nothing has gone to phones yet.
