See phones on the live map

See which phones are out on a run. The map stays empty until a phone is on a run with location on. Pins show the device name (for example Run 19). GPS trails stay on the route map so Overview stays clear when several phones are out.

Steps

1. Open Fleet Login → Overview.
2. Check Total Devices, Active, Blocked, and Billable this month (phones that started a route this month — you can approve as many phones as you need).
3. On Live Device Locations, watch phones that have checked in while on a run. Marker labels use the device name.
4. To see where a phone drove (gold path), open that run from Routes — see GPS trails on a past run.

When a driver finishes every stop (Done, Skip, or Failed), that run shows as Complete on the device routes list — you do not need them to log out first. Active now clears once the last stop is finished.

Map looks empty?

That is normal on day one before anyone is driving. Check:

• Phone is ACTIVE under Devices
• Driver opened today’s run and allowed location — Permissions the app needs
• Heartbeat is set under Settings
