Plan the week by phone and day
Assign phones to weekdays and auto-create tomorrow’s runs.
Set which phone runs which day of the week. Save stops when you have them (or copy from a phone’s latest route). Apply for today, or leave Nightly auto-create on so tomorrow’s runs appear overnight.
Before you start
- Approve at least one phone under Devices — Approve a phone for a driver.
- A depot start address helps when runs are created — Set the depot start address and defaults.
Steps
- Open Fleet Login → Planning.
- Optionally rename the plan and set the timezone (used for “tomorrow” by the nightly job). New plans start with the timezone from Settings → Runs.
- For each weekday (Monday–Sunday), pick a phone — or leave No phone.
- Optional: tap Copy latest route to pull stops from that phone’s newest route into the day.
- Tap Save plan. Turn on Nightly auto-create if you want tomorrow’s runs built automatically.
- To create runs for today right now, tap Apply for today (skips days with no phone or no stops).
Days with a phone but no stops are kept for scheduling — Apply and the nightly job simply skip them until you add stops.
