Remember delivery hours on the address — not just on today’s stop

Some places only take freight in a slice of the morning. You already know the window — the problem is typing it again on every run, or forgetting until the van is already on the wrong side of town.

StopSorted can keep delivery hours on the address, show them when you add the stop again, and optionally feed them into the sorted day.

What you do

1. Add a stop the usual way — search, tap the result, open the details card.
2. Set Arrival to a Window (or a fixed time) when the place has hours.
3. That window is stored against the address for your fleet (or your Play

account). Next search can show Hours 09:00–13:00 on the result.

Build Route and fleet Add stop use the same idea: arrival fields can prefill when hours are known.

Auto-apply (optional)

Under Fleet Settings → Runs (or Play Settings), turn on Auto-apply saved delivery hours if you want known hours written onto new stops so Sort respects them straight away.

Leave it off (the default) if you only want the hint — the stop stays anytime until someone sets Arrival.

Where hours come from

• You — highest priority; never overwritten by maps data.
• Your history — a previous stop at the same place for that fleet or Play

account.

• OpenStreetMap — when nothing is saved, a best-effort nearby

opening_hours tag. Coverage is uneven in Australia; many houses will stay blank. Lookups fail open — search and add-stop never wait on OSM.

Why it matters

Fixed times and windows already shape the sort. Remembering them on the

address means the office and the cab stop re-entering the same shop rule every morning — and optional auto-apply keeps the plan honest when the window is known.
