Get sorted runs live this morning

Get from signup to phones on a sorted run the same morning — fleet login and driver phones, no tech setup.

Do this in order

1. Open a free account and confirm email — Open a free fleet account, then Confirm email and open Fleet Login. Sign in at Fleet Login.
2. Set the depot — Set the depot start address and defaults under Settings (start address, stop time, support email).
3. Get a driver on a phone — Ask them to follow Join a fleet from the app. You have about 30 minutes to approve under Devices. See Approve a phone for a driver.
4. Card only when paid runs should be live — Free account is fine for setup. When you are ready: Start billing for phones that run.
5. Load today’s stops and send — Prefer Sort stops across phones and send. For one phone only: Load today’s stops onto one phone.
6. Watch the map — See phones on the live map. The map only shows phones that are on a run with location on.

When you’re ready (same week)

• Capacity and breaks — default max stops and lunch breaks
• Plan the week by phone and day — assign phones to weekdays; nightly auto-create
• Proof of delivery photos
• Leave list and delivery concerns
• Freight export and POD push — TransVirtual and other TMS shapes

If you get stuck

• Driver request timed out → Recover an expired or rejected phone request
• Payment problem later → Fix a failed payment during grace
• Driver side of the day → Your first day in the driver app
